All Coaches are required to complete the following before the first week of practices:

Background Check
  • We will send a link for you to complete the background check
  • Required by TN State Soccer for all coaches and board members
  • The process must be done on a laptop or desktop - no cell phones
  • You will be required to enter your SSN
  • Must be completed and approved before the first week of practice in order to be eligible to coach
Concussion Training
  • We will send a link for you to complete the concussion training video
  • Required by TN State Soccer for all coaches and board members
  • You will need to be able to listen to the training and answer questions
  • After completion of the training you will send a copy of your certificate to your age coordinator or you can email it to: [email protected]
  • Must be completed along with the certificate sent before the first week of practice in order to be eligible to coach
SafeSport Training
  • We will send a link to complete the training video
  • Required by TN State Soccer for all coaches and board members
  • This can be a bit time consuming, so please make sure you allow plenty of time
  • After completion of the training you will send a copy of your certificate to your age coordinator or you can email it to: [email protected]
  • Must be completed along with the certificate sent before the first week of practice in order to be eligible to coach
